Mr. Momin Ud Dowlah was born in 1966 in Bangladesh- is a visionary entrepreneur who is focused to conduct welfare to the grass root farmers to improve their livelihood, thereby contribute to the sustainable development of the country’s economy. His philosophy is to develop business with “WELFARE driven”, rather than “Only PROFIT.

He had his schooling from Faujdarhat Cadet Colege, one of the most reputed and renowned schools in the country with over 50 years of legendary history. Later he obtained graduation in Liberal Arts from the oldest university of Bangladesh, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh in 1987 and then obtained Business Management Degree from Pepperdine University, California, USA in 1993.

With almost a decade of residency in the USA (1988-1997), he returned to his birthplace Bangladesh and initiated this agro-based venture on his own accord in the year 2000 at the age of 33. He also completed a certified professional course in Poultry Science from University of Georgia, Atlanta, USA in 2001 and participated number of seminars, symposiums and workshops in poultry, dairy, aqua and crop segments in various international conferences in Europe, USA, Africa, Middle-East and Asia and travelled more then 30 countries.

He is an amateur columnist and editor and publisher of quarterly agriculture magazine in Bangladesh “Adhunik Krishi Khamar”, monthly sports magazine ‘Golf Bangladesh” and a daily news paper “Dainik Jono Joar”. He is associated with number of Professional Trade Bodies such as Federation of Chamber of Commerce & Industries in Bangladesh (FBCCI), Dhaka Chamber of commerce and Industries (DCCI), American Chamber of Commerce, Dutch Chamber of Commerce, Animal Health Companies Association of Bangladesh, World Poultry Science Association (WPSA), Bangladesh Poultry Industries Association (BPIA), World Aquaculture Association (WAS), Bangladesh Crop Protection Association (BCPA), Char Gram Somobay Somity Limited etc. and taken leadership positions in many of the organizations mentioned above to conduct significant volume of organizational activities related to agriculture industry.

His primary passion is to conduct social welfare activities. He is the Founding Chairman of Borak Foundation and Nurul Iman Foundation, which are the non-profit entities working for the welfare of deprived segment of the society. He is also the Chairman of Char Gram Smobay Somity, which is a cooperative society consist of four villages located in Porshura, Feni, Bangladesh where 6000 house hold livelihood is being looking after by the cooperative society.

He is also engaged with several extra-curriculum activities like Golf, Swimming and indoor-sports, member of many social clubs like Kurmitola Golf Club, Army Golf Club, Gulshan Club, Dhaka Club and Cadet College Club these are most exclusive social clubs in Bangladesh.
